Remembrance Day is a yearly Memorial Day where Canadians pause in a moment of silence to honor and to reminisce the sacrifice of the members of their armed forces who have given their lives in the line of duty and for those who continue to serve Canada throughout times of war, conflict and peace. For this occasion, multiple events will take place to pay tribute for our Canadian troops and it would be an honor for Layman to serve you and your group.

On November 4th, multiple cemeteries in Montreal, Ottawa & Ridgetown (National Field of Honour, Beechwood & Greenwood Cemetery) will host a No Stone Left Alone Remembrance Ceremony where students, soldiers and the community at large get together in a commemorative experience. The ceremony involves students placing poppies on each soldier’s headstone in different sections of the cemetery to honor Canada's fallen military. If you’re searching for the most cost-effective bus rental, the most secure transportation solution & have a large group of people with you, opt for our school buses. Our experimented school bus drivers will always ensure the safety of your group as our number one priority.

Every year, at the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the Royal Canadian Legion invites thousands of persons to join the National Remembrance Ceremony, where everybody unites, rain or shine, to pay their respects to veterans at the National War Memorial in downtown Ottawa from 9 AM to 12 PM. People will be able to watch several images of late veterans on the Virtual Wall of Honour and Remembrance from 9 AM to 10 AM. At 10:30 AM, a Veterans Parade will start from near Parliament Hill to the National War Memorial. The event includes the national anthem, two minutes of silence, a ceremonial wreath laying and a stirring fly-past performance (weather permitting). People will remove poppies from their coats and place them on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier which is going to be covered in red poppies by the end of the day.
