Terms and Conditions

Canada

1. The total booking price stated on the Confirmation is based on the specific service and hours outlined therein. If any error occurs, notify Layman Tour & Transport Inc. at once for a revised quote/confirmation to be issued. 
2. To confirm a reservation, the customer should return the signed Confirmation and the Terms & Conditions, as well as 25% of deposit (full payment will be required if the trip is within 25 days). Non-receipt of the above may result in cancellation.
3. A detailed itinerary is required at least 2 weeks prior to departure. If customers wish to make any changes to the itinerary, additional charges may apply.
4. Driver's hours of service must comply with the Federal, Provincial, U.S. and Layman Regulations. Customers can be charged or held liable for exceeding the regulations.
5. Unless otherwise stated in the quote/confirmation, all charges for highways, bridges, ferries, parking, hotel rooms, gratuities and any additional imposed tolls are the responsibility of the client and must be paid.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Layman Tour & Transport Inc. of a cancellation. If a cancellation is made 25 days (minimum) prior to trip departure, the deposit is refundable after a deduction of 5% for administration fee. Fail to cancel 25 days in advance will result in a 75% cancellation fee and the rest 25% will be applicable in the next charter. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the full amount will be charged with no reimbursement.
7. All claims must be served to the Bus Company within 3 days following the termination of the trip by a written and detailed document outlining the reasons for the claim.
8. Layman Tour & Transport Inc. disclaims any responsibility for lost objects or forgotten personal belongings on the bus after termination of the trip.
9. The client will be responsible and must indemnify the Bus Company for the cost of repairs or any damages caused to the bus by the group.
10. The Bus Company reserves the right to solicit the services of another bus company to fulfill the charter agreement.
11. Article 430 of the Highway Security Code prohibits any passenger on board to smoke or consume any alcoholic beverages.
ALL SPECIFIC TERMS WILL BE MENTIONED ON THE CONFIRMATION CONTRACT.

 

U.S.
